Since the Russian invasion, everything's changed in Ukraine.

Cities are under siege, hundreds of thousands of people are fleeing the country, and a once

thriving economy is at a standstill.

This has left business leaders, like Vitaly Sedler, living through the fight for their

country and a fight for the survival of their businesses.

Vitaly runs an IT company, Intelias, one of Ukraine's biggest tech firms.

As CEO, he oversees 2500 employees, most of them in Ukraine.

And since the Russian invasion, he says he's been working to get them to safety.

Logistically, it's not a simple thing to do, right?

So we are very engineers, we are studying Ketava Keyboards, and now we have to become

a logistics master, and it's not a very simple transformation.
