0:45.7	podcast. But before we get into that, yesterday I had a session with a mom and very soon into the session most of you know that when I do my
0:58.7	session I do three things in my session and it doesn't matter if you're in person if you are remote
1:05.9	via distance on the phone on Face Time on Skype I do my sessions in this chronological order this way that I'm going to share with you
1:16.8	because Spirit says it's the way that brings the best information to you.
1:23.2	So what I do in a session is I give people some background information.
1:28.2	And while that background information is coming through my mouth,
1:32.4	I am receiving information from people who are there
1:35.7	on the other side and normally they just kind of chill out and they wait until I get
1:40.5	through that information and through the meditation.
1:45.0	So I do a very short two minute meditation
1:48.3	with all of my clients because I want my clients because I want to tune my clients
