A Special Prayer For Israel

Hey, y'all, this is Lisa Harper, and I invite you to join with us here at K-Love right now

as we pray for what's going on in Israel and the Gaza area specifically.

Father's Son and Holy Spirit, we pray right now that your promise in Psalm 34 that you

are close to the broken hearted, that you are near to those whose lives have been crushed.

We pray just the power of that promise, the reality of that promise, for those who experience

just unspeakable horror, the loss of loved ones.

Lord, we pray that your presence would be so tangible to them right now.

Lord, we pray for wisdom, for divine wisdom, for those who are governing around the situation

we pray for our leadership here at home, for our congressmen and our congresswomen and

our senators and the president and his cabinet.

Lord, we pray that they would have ears to hear your wisdom.

And I say that you will tell us when to turn left and when to turn right.

Give them ears to hear, Lord, we pray for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu or that

you would give him divine wisdom beyond his experience of how to navigate this chaos

We pray for wisdom for the leaders of the countries that flank Israel.

Lord, we pray that somehow in the midst of what just seems untenable to us, terrible

to us, that your will will be done, that your kingdom will come.
