Really happy to have you here. All right. So it started out, it started out as a bill about the rules for being a dentist.

And it said so explicitly in the title, a bill to be entitled, an act making various changes to the laws of dentistry.

Before reading this bill today, I had never before even thought about there being laws of dentistry.

But there are laws of dentistry, apparently, and this new legislation was going to tighten up those laws.
