She was sure she heard the sound of raindrops on the roof of her two-story white farmhouse.

She sat up in bed, already worried that her Easter egg hunt that she had planned for her

four grandchildren that afternoon would be rained out, but just a second later, her husband of 48 years, Wayne's

stock, reached over and gave her a gentle reassuring pat on her back.
