until he says, quote, such time as they return to the United States of America,

all of the oil, land, and other assets that they previously stole from us. It's not immediately clear what he's talking about. As we speak,

bipartisan coalitions in the House and Senate are introducing war powers resolutions having to do

with Venezuela-related escalations. And that's not all for Congress.
