| 1:46.0 | What the people in the platoon say is that when they deployed to Iraq in 2017, he kind of went off the rails. |
| 1:55.0 | He spent most of his time in a hidden sniper perch where he would fire five or ten times as much as other snipers. |
| 2:05.0 | They say he would shoot indiscriminately at civilians in the city. |
| 2:10.0 | At one point, he shot a girl who was wearing a flowered hijab who was going down to the river with friends. |
| 2:18.0 | And other Seals through their scopes saw the body carried off by the other girls. |
| 2:24.0 | And in another case, he shot an old man, they say, and that man collapsed. |
| 2:30.0 | This is just an old man walking down the street. |
| 2:33.0 | And that's what they say. I mean, this is a war zone, but it's also a place where millions of people live. |
| 2:40.0 | And so that was common. And in fact, the Seals say that they grew so concerned about him firing at civilians that they would regularly fire warning shots. |
