0:02.5	Shelly was reminding me that on Memorial Day weekend,
0:05.5	30 years ago, this weekend, we met each other.

0:10.3	So this is like a 30-year anniversary of me walking
0:14.4	into a church in Houston, Texas,
0:16.0	to be the summer college intern.
0:18.9	And Shelly was one of the internees.
0:21.6	I don't know what you call the people that are actually
0:23.3	in the college ministry, but she was a rising sophomore
0:27.5	at Baylor University.
0:28.7	I'm showing up as a grad student in seminary
0:31.3	to her church in Houston, Texas.
0:32.9	A really big church full of a lot of people had a concert
0:36.3	on the Friday night of the weekend.
0:38.2	And I came showing up to the concert.
0:40.3	I didn't see her, but she saw me.
0:42.2	And ladies, isn't that the way it always works, anyway, right?
0:45.2	And so she kind of figured it all out.
0:47.5	She sort of connected the dots and said a chain of events
0:50.6	and motion that I didn't even know about
0:52.7	and was not aware that were happening around me.
