0:07.1	In their minds, this is a Christian country, and they come here and they see what they see on TV and movies and all this, they're confused.
0:13.8	They need to see the reality of people who know Jesus.
0:21.0	This is Revive Our Hearts with Nancy Lee DeMoss for Thursday, August 15th.
0:34.6	Yesterday, we heard the first part of a message from international revivalist and evangelist, Sammy Tippett.
0:42.0	Sammy was telling us about the connection between revival and evangelism.
0:47.0	When God revives his people, then they are empowered and motivated to share the gospel with those around them. I think of Psalm 110 that says,
0:56.9	your people will volunteer freely in the day of your power. When God's power is present among
1:03.5	his people, when their first love for Jesus is rekindled, then they can't help but telling
1:09.3	others around them about the gospel of Jesus Christ.
1:13.4	Well, Sammy delivered this message several months ago at a vision gathering hosted by Life Action
1:18.6	Ministries. Life Action is the parent ministry of Revive Our Hearts. Now, when we left off yesterday,
1:25.7	Sammy was telling us about some of his travels in Romania
1:28.5	in the 1980s. He was ministering in the northwestern region of Romania. And in that area,
1:35.3	the church was growing. It was full of life and passion in spite of intense government persecution.
1:42.5	And that growth and vitality was because God was visiting his
1:46.5	people in revival, and no one, no government authority could stop it. The people in those revived
1:53.3	churches began to have a burden for others in their country who had never heard the gospel.
1:59.0	They asked Sammy to help them travel over a mountainous area to new areas that had never been
2:04.2	exposed to the gospel.
2:06.0	Let's pick up that story.
2:12.3	One of my friends said to me, he said, Sammy, what we need to do, he said, we can't go.
