0:31.0	Welcome to somewhere in the skies and today we have a very special interview with one of the most controversial people in the UFO field community.
0:42.0	Whatever you want to call it and controversial for all the right reasons, which we will definitely talk about.
0:49.0	So we have a ton of listener questions for him and I have a bunch of my own, so I'm not going to waste any more time.
0:55.0	I am going to welcome Mick West. Mick, how are you?
0:58.0	Let's be here. I'm doing good. Glad to be here. Thank you for having me.
1:02.0	My pleasure. I can't believe we haven't made it happen earlier, but I'm happy we're doing it now because you and I were talking off air.
1:09.0	It seems that kind of the UFO fervor has died down lately and maybe that was to be expected after this report came out.
1:18.0	But yeah, how do you feel about what's going on right now in terms of that?
1:22.0	Yeah, it has died down and it's interesting I was looking a while ago at the Google Trend for searches for the UFO.
1:30.0	And he actually peaked a little bit before the report came out with the media coverage with 60 minutes in particular was like the kind of high point.
1:40.0	And the report itself, I think, perhaps let people down and it wasn't quite as exciting as people were anticipating and when it did actually come out.
1:49.0	It's not a nothing book, but it's not the kind of like the big reveal that everybody was hoping for.
1:57.0	So I think there's a little bit of kind of a rebound effect from the anticipation and then the let down and people are kind of recalibrating their expectations.
2:05.0	And a lot of people are just, I think, kind of lost interest.
2:09.0	You know, the people who are kind of like the people who are brought in by the media or attention and they thought that there was something like amazing about to happen.
2:17.0	And then it didn't and we're moving on.
2:20.0	That doesn't really mean any interesting new videos for me to look at either.
2:24.0	So I've kind of losing interest for myself.
2:27.0	Yeah, I know I sent you a couple of videos a few weeks ago.
2:30.0	I think it was from out in Hawaii, which is a case I'm still working on.
2:35.0	But I got a thank you for taking a look at those and hopefully I could share them with the public soon.
