Hello There!

I made a quick 5 minute recording to give you an update on my trip and thank you for encouraging me to take the time off. I get on a plane Weds morning Australia time and travel for like a day but I hope to post a couple of conversations this week and be back to the regular scheduling next week.

0:10.0	and will be back on August 10th. I don't know. It's like a day behind there. I'm ahead
0:18.0	of you. I'm in the future and I'm here and it is wonderful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you to
0:24.0	everybody who encouraged me to take some real actual authentic time off. I have done it. I have
0:31.6	been successful here with my challenge of disconnecting from my life and my world and my people
0:39.8	even back home and reconnecting and connecting with new folks here in Australia. I have had
0:46.1	just an awesome time with my friend is David and Lisa Campbell and their kids Billy and Betty
0:51.4	and Leo as I've stayed in their gorgeous home here in Sydney, Australia where I have shown myself
0:59.8	around. I've walked the cliff coastline in Watson's point that I took the ferry to. I rode the bike
1:07.6	down the cliff coast walkway. I think you're allowed to ride your bike. I rented a bike and I was
1:14.4	on the wrong side of the road and it was the only time I saw a real authentic flash of anger
1:20.7	from an Australian towards me at least. Well, I think any. Yeah, I haven't really seen a lot of
1:25.9	yelling and screaming here and it's nice. It's nice. But yeah, that guy was very upset that I was
1:31.2	riding my bike right at his car. Anyway, I figured it out, made it to Bondi Beach, walked all over. I
1:38.0	took the subway. I saw museums have really shown myself a good time and the Campbell's have just
1:46.0	outdone any family. I can't imagine having a better time. You know what, although I've had such a
1:50.4	good time with their kids who are so really smart and creative, they're like a performing arts
1:56.3	family here in Sydney. David and Lisa are both in the performing RT as a performer. She is in casting
2:03.6	of Mulan Rouge. They're a big deal and they come from Campbell's dad. It's like one of the biggest
2:09.6	rockers in all of Australia named Jimmy Barnes and I actually celebrated David's birthday with
2:16.0	the family and with his friends and it was awesome. I have had such a great time with these wonderful
2:21.2	people, but it's made me I want to folks my new idea is to embed in your home as a kind of
