about spirituality. Now, I love Renee Brown's definition of spirituality. You know we love Renee Brown here.

Renee Brown defines spirituality as recognizing and celebrating that we are all inextricably connected to each other by a power that is greater than all of us.

and to one another is grounded in love and compassion.
