Thank you for joining.

I don't know what brought you here today, but I'm going to tell you what brought me here today.

Last year, when I launched this podcast, had a vision of sharing some thoughts. You know, we've covered a lot of topics.

I also wanted to celebrate some people, you know, like Pauly Murray, Bia Richard, some women that have done some things that maybe got

hidden in history and I wanted to bring to light. I talked a lot about history, particularly

history, racial history in this world, which I think is so, so important. I think it is one thing

that we don't learn enough about. So I wanted to use this space to have those conversations.

So I interviewed people like Howard French. And we talked about the second emancipation and born in

blackness and other things. I interviewed some popular people last year as well, people who are in the

news. And I also started with this notion that I wanted to talk to men about women and, you know, how they

were empowered by women. And then I started archiving back from 2014, I started a journey on

radio, my second time on the radio. I first was on the radio at WWRL back in the early 2000s.

And then I was off the air for 10 years.

And I came into Sirius XM in 2014 in August with a 30-day trial run.

And that has led me to where I am today, where Monday through Friday, 3 to 6 p.m. Eastern,

you can tune in to Channel 126 and hear me. And that's a specific

space. That is something that is very intentional as this space is, but it's different. This is more

intimate. I even interviewed last year my mother, which was probably my most amazing discussion,
