This week marks a potentially monumental few days for the future of abortion access and

reproductive rights in the United States.

Today, as we're taping the Supreme Court is hearing arguments in a case that could overturn

or some might argue mortally wound, roe v. Wade legally.

The suit involves a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy,

which is about two months earlier than states concurrently prohibit abortions under the

landmark 73 decision and of course what KC, the KC decision from 92 essentially adopted.

Beyond the question of how the 6-3 conservative court will rule the Supreme Court's decision,

it's going to have major implications in simply how campaigns practice politics in America,

particularly in the first decade if we start to live in a post-row world.
