My wife's birthdays today and so she's wearing her tie-dye shirt and running around the property with

the little girls and their tie-d-dye shirt so it's a good day and it's an even better day because

I'm finally done with my better belly course you all have been asking me about it I kind of went

silent on it for a little while and that's because I was secretly working behind the scenes and

partially consulting with a

couple of course creators on how to make it as good as I possibly can. And it's live. You can

You know, I've been working with clients for the last five plus years very intensely and less intensely before that.

And I've worked with thousands of people at this point.

People that have been to five, 10, 15, 20, 30 different doctors, some of the people that I'm kind of like, oh my God, I can't believe they went to that person and they didn't get better.

This person has an incredible reputation and so many letters after their names and how am I possibly going to help them after they've, you know, spent 10,000 bucks with this guy and that girl and wow, okay. And I did and I did succeed and partially because I listen better than most people and I'm very detail oriented compared to most

people. But I think the biggest part of it is I'm more of a generalist than a super deep

specialist so if you go to the Lyme guy you're going to get diagnosed Lyme and treated for Lyme

and that's it if you go to the thyroid guy you're going to get diagnosed thyroid and treated for

thyroid and that's it and I don't do that I work on all of it so if it is a Lyme and co-infection issue, we work on it. If it is a mold issue, we find it and fix it. If it's a fungal problem, a parasite problem, a bacterial overgrowth problem. All of those things have to be addressed. And you really can't get someone better if you're missing those pieces to the puzzle. So what I've done with this Better Belly course is I've

combined some of the information and some of the protocols that I've created on

adrenals, but a huge emphasis on gut and detoxification. So there's going to be a total of

eight, possibly even nine modules. I'm thinking of adding another one now that I'm done with it.

And it's anything from, this is something that clinicians can use to elevate their practice, but also for the layperson.
