It's time for some money rehab.

Hey friends, I wanted to check in on you.

I wanted to take a minute to give you space to reflect on how you're feeling amidst all

of the darkness that's going on in this world and also give you a sense of where I'm at.

I'll start with the second piece first.

When the attacks happened in Israel on October 7th, they told you that I had scrapped all

of the episodes I had ready to air and would dedicate my platform to reporting on Israel

for a week.

Well, that week happened and I put out an episode on Israel every day.

And then another week went by and that was another five episodes.

And then all this week, which brings me to today, my 15th episode on the crisis in Israel.

I want to acknowledge something.

This is not the content you signed up for when you hit subscribe to money rehab.

You signed up for a show that promised to deliver daily financial tips and tricks to make

your financial life better.

But these attacks shook the world and they shook me to my core.

The pain and the suffering has weighed so heavily on my heart.

I am Jewish, I am Israeli and my connection to these attacks is so deeply personal.

You might have even heard me say in our episode with foreign policy expert Dan Seenor that

these attacks made me believe that I should have children.

That is how deeply personal this is for me and all the Jewish people.
