With Hurricane Florence preparing to slam against the East Coast, where are FEMA's funds? Sen Jeff Merkley (D-OR) says that 10 million dollars were diverted away from FEMA and into the child detention centers. Such a national disgrace. Donald Trump says that he's gotten an A+ for his administration's reaction to the hurricane in Puerto Rico a year ago. 3,000 Americans died in that storm.
