Summary

We are designed by God to go through hard things and we are going to go through them. If you are going to want to say no to the mark of the beast, you are going to want to practice doing hard things, mentally, physically, and spiritually. There are people who do hard things everyday, but don’t think of it as hard, like the coal workers of our nation. We talk about some of the specific mental growth areas that take place when we go through challenging times. If you didn't say no to the masks or vaccines and you regret it, it's time to start getting tough now.
