visionaries here who have teamed up to run one of the most iconic

entertainment empires of our time, Todd Boli and Jay Pensky.

Last year, Eldridge and Pensky Media Corporation teamed up, acquired, and reimagined the Golden Globes, bringing the Story to Ward Show back to

Rarified Air in record time. While part of that story was told in our annual

So Todd Jay you're both known for developing strong relationships and Todd you've spoken a bit about how relationships are an important form of currency. So inquiring minds want to know. How did you to first get connected?

Well, I had just bought the Hollywood reporter because I lost my mind and thought that I would get

into this intellectual property business and really it was after the global

financial crisis and the markets is healed and we were kind of looking for our next idea.

And so I was trying to figure out who was going to run it and I was given a name and I started calling this individual

to see if they would come run the Hollywood reporter and I got a cease and desist letter from Jay. So he sent me a
