Summary

Last time around, we heard of the horrific murder in August 1991 of Patricia O'Toole, who was left battered almost beyond recognition at the foot of the Dublin mountains - her seemingly having asked the wrong person for directions just hours before she was discovered. Just a few days into the investigation, two men were to approach Garda with information that would be the break in the case detectives were looking for.

Which you'll hear all about here, in the concluding part, and which bears the question:

Was it a moment of madness?

The episode contains details and descriptions of crimes and events, and with descriptions of injury detail, that some listeners may find disturbing, and or distressing, so discretion is advised whilst listening.
