Right before the opening bell, Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller basically ruled out an interest rate hike.

FDIC chair Martin Grunberg says he'll leave once his successor is confirmed.

Grunberg testified before Congress last week amid fallout from an independent investigation

that found a pattern of sexual harassment at the agency.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is in Europe trying to convince US allies to use seized Russian assets to help Ukraine.

In a speech in Germany today

Yellen said this would be a key topic at meetings of G7 finance ministers this

week in Italy. And Macy's reported its latest quarterly earnings today.

It beat expectations, but still reported that net sales were down roughly 3%

from the same time last year.
