Donald Trump is on true social and he's referring a lot to the Eighth Amendment.

And for people who aren't familiar, the Eighth Amendment prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines,

and cruel and unusual punishments.

Unfortunately, I'm here to tell the former president

that applies to people who are not above the law

and not like Donald Trump beneath the law.

Here, that's his problem is like typically yes, excessive fines, excessive bail are prohibited, unusual punishments are prohibited,

but we're not talking about a typical situation as Kathy Hockel let us know, this is different,

this is Trump.

You don't need to worry about the amendments when it comes to Donald Trump. They can bend it whichever way they want in order to get orange man. Now speaking of people who are beneath the law I wanted to give you guys a little
