I am just so pleased that you could be here.

I am in the studio this week for the first time and quite some time, so I'm still stunned by the fact that my dogs aren't trying to eat my microphone cord.

Yeah. And I'm just so looking forward to this. How is everything? How are you doing?

Oh, things are good over here. I feel like this is today, you know, Wednesday was a sweet day today. I locked myself out of my house and I didn't panic. So that's always good. I was like, oh, I have community. I have my phone. I have my wallet. I'll be okay. And, you know, I was able to move through quite a lovely day where a lot changed

in the process of it, but it still was fine. That strikes me as a deeply lovely approach.
