Summary

Hattie Boydle became a WBFF Pro in 2014 and was crowned WBFF World Champion in 2016. She runs a female-only training program called The Sports Model Project, based in Australia. 

In this episode, Hattie and I talk about the hard times she's had to go through - from being bullied in her childhood to having an eating disorder, from heartbreak to becoming World Champion - to finally get to where she is today: happy, healthy, practicing self-love, and confident in who she is. Hattie combines femininity and strength, and has gone through a tremendous transformation in the past two years.
