We have a software for our students called wealthy deals, all right?

And the reason we give it to them is because it's such a necessary tool, right?

and this is like not a pitch for it, I'm just telling you what it is, okay? You're able to look up all these, like literally every house across the nation. You can see who owns it. You can see

what it's worth. You could see all of the liens on it, aka, you know, their loans and how much money they owe on the property. And then you can go see all these other different types of motivations, right? You can see if they're in foreclosure. You could see if they're an absentee owner. You could see if they own it free and clear, if they've owned it for 20 plus years. You know, these are all different signs of motivation. With AI, everything has gotten so good that AI is now able to just take all that and do it for you. And so with our software, what it does is essentially you're able to just click, hey, here's my AI. Like, give me the properties to have an AI score of 700 and above, right?
