Here with a very special episode. It's not even a full episode. It's just a little announcement here so that things aren't super confusing because we recorded so in advance, but it's with a heavy heart that I tell you my shithead listeners that the nearly silent

co-host Arthur Gabras has passed on. He lived a full life right up to 15 years old, which I believe is loosely in the early hundreds

in dog years, and he just hit a little brick wall eventually and he passed without suffering in mine and my wife's arms as we sang him his favorite lullaby.

He is a huge part of it. saying him his favorite lullaby.

He is a huge part of this podcast,

which is so funny to say,

because he is just a fucking 20-pound little Boston Terrier,

but oh shit, whether it's on the merch, I know he's going to miss climbing up next to Stanger and Rogers when we were doing action boys in the office. I know he'll miss partying with Jane, Roger's dog, while in the office.

He's certainly going to miss the lotioned up legs of all my guests who he would

so frequently and rapidly lick their knees, thighs, calves, just like his owner, just getting down and dirty because he loves the taste of lotion.

I am, I'm sad, but you know, my spectromae brain lets me know that he lived the full life

It couldn't have gone any better. It's always sad when you lose someone or when you lose someone you love it's always

sad but if they've lived a full life and you know you got to do a bunch of

great memories and shit together then what else can you say?

So I will still continue to bring him up in my screaming intro because it's the only fair thing to do. I will still continue to use his cute little

jowly face as my logo and I still will continue to greet him when I open the door to my apartment, which is a habit I think is going to be difficult to break.

The, well I appreciate all of your kindness at a time like this if you've got your own little animals you know

Hug them close tonight and you know

They bring so much joy to our lives and they don't ask for much in return except for

picking up their shit and little bags and carrying it with you wherever you go.
