So, Ryan, what inspired you to explore near-death experiences and death?

Well, I have always had an insatiable curiosity.

The beginning part of my life was suppressed a lot.

Then when I kind of made a break and no longer walked away from

organized religion, I was kind of in this void of just searching, searching, and I came across

this incredible metaphysical teacher named Stuart Wilde. He was, I would call him like, he was a bad

boy of menace because he would challenge everything. He was a big rebel.

We clicked.

I became his publicist.

We would have all these deep conversations.

And that was about 2009.
