| 0:52.6 | stillness. And I shared with you in an earlier episode how inner stillness |
| 1:01.5 | can help you gain clarity because when you allow yourself permission to slow down and |
| 1:09.9 | connect to the best part of who you are, those qualities that |
| 1:16.0 | represent you at your core, your true essence. Your life begins to make more sense, and you |
