Hello, with me today, the former SAS operative Andy McNabb,

now a best-selling author of memoirs such as Bravo Two-Zero and of well over 30 novels,

of which the first in the Tom Buckingham series Red Notice is

currently being made into a film. Andy is also a spokesman for and advisor to the military

and advises on war films such as Black Hawk Down and Pearl Harbour. With him is George Mpanga,

more popularly known as George the Poet.

A recording artist who began performing rap and grime at the age of 15

and has now adapted his rap into spoken word.

Earlier this year, with his poem The Beauty of Union,
