With me to share their good read are Dr. Christian Jessen,

presenter of, among other TV programs,

Embarrassing Bodies and Super Size versus Super Skinny.

His books include most recently Dr. Christian's Guide to Dealing with the Tricky Stuff,

and he's got a new book on health and well-being for children out next year

called Dr. Christian's Guide to You.

With him, James Wong, botanist and science writer, author of Grow Your Own Drugs,

which is also a TV series and Homegrown Revolution.

James is a regular panelist on Radio 4's Gardner's Question Time.

And to you first, James, what are you going to propose as a good read to us?

I'm slightly embarrassed about proposing my read, because it's not exactly Highrow,

but it is my enduringly favourite book.

It's the first book I ever read, I suppose, as an adult,

or at least the first adult book I ever read as a child.

It came out when I was about 11 years old, Jurassic Park.

And I didn't see the film and was drawn to it.

I remember wandering around the school library, and I was obsessed with science from a very young age,

and particularly with dinosaurs.
