Coming to the last message in wide awake, we talked about being wide awake to who God says we are.

Being wide awake to the invitation to walk with Jesus.

And tonight we're coming to this idea of being wide awake to fully living life.

I know that sounds a little crazy, but that's the whole idea.

Right Lazarus, when he came out of the tomb, Jesus said to those standing around,

unwrap the grave clothes from Lazarus and let him go.

The implication there being let him go free so that he can fully live.

He's been brought back to life, but let him fully live.

That's the message of Jesus.

I've come that you might have life to the full.

And I just want us all to walk away tonight with this idea that God's dreaming for us

that we would live our lives fully alive, that we would be awakened to what it means to really live to the full.

This momentary gift we have called life.

And why that it matters is because we're on a collision course with Jesus Christ.

Every single one of us in the building right now is going to stand face to face with the Son of the living God.

Now you may say, Louis, I'm not sure if I believe that yet.

I'm just coming with a friend.

I'm not really even sure.

I understand all of what you guys are talking about here tonight.

Well, Scripture says that all of us have been made by God and for God that our lives originate in God

and our lives terminate face to face with God.

So, Scripture is telling us that we don't just drift off into the sweet bar and buy when this life is over,
