Aaron Goodwin, famous for his role as a paranormal investigator on Discovery Plus's hit show Ghost Adventures,

recently found himself in a terrifying real-life nightmare involving his wife, Victoria Goodwin.

Before we jump into the horrifying details, let's rewind to where it all began because this marriage,

as it turns out, started in a very

unconventional setting. Yeah, this one, I think knowing where the story goes gives me the

ick, but it's very adorable in the beginning. Aaron and Victoria married in August of 2022

at Disneyland's Haunted Mansion in Anaheim, California. I mean, it's a little on the nose

because it was perfectly matched to Aaron's love of all things supernatural and spooky.

So, of course, at the time, their whimsical and unique wedding must have felt like a dream

come true and perfect for their personalities.

Fans adored the charming couple. Social media posts frequently showed them smiling,

traveling, and seemingly happy. Aaron's hundreds of thousands of followers regularly saw

glimpses into their picture perfect life together. But as we know, things aren't always as they seem. The fairy tale marriage

soon became anything but enchanting, maybe more like haunted. By October of 24, just over two

years after their fairy tale wedding, Victoria began plotting a shocking betrayal. According to authorities,

she initiated communications with an inmate at a Florida prison

to set in motion a sinister murder-for-hire scheme.
