who were hurt, our favorite and least favorite moves, lots of very interesting stuff to talk about here.

But how are you just feeling overall about this deadline, John? So I don't, I don't, I try to avoid F bombs on the show,

but I'm just going to throw one in here. Thank fucking God the Ben Simmons thing is over. Oh, my God.

I did not want to deal with that over the summer, right? Like,

just, uh, just so tiresome with the, with the leaks and the blatant bluffing and, uh, just thank

you. Thank you, Nets and Sixers for getting that done. And I mean, well, you should thank one man in

particular, and that's James Harden.

Exactly.

Because the Sixers really were in a pickle.

And, you know, at the end of the day, the Sixers and Nets kind of rescued each other and needed each other so badly that it didn't even matter that they're in the same division and competing, you know, for the same space kind of. Like, the only option was to make the trade with each other.

How did you feel like the price that was paid ultimately turned out?

So the leverage points still favored Brooklyn.

So I think that's why they were able to get the better deal in terms of assets.

Why do you say that?

Because Hardin was still a participant, right?

Like you could talk yourself into the fact that, okay, we didn't get a trade done.

We still have James Hardin and Kevin Durant once KD comes back.

You know, Harden for whatever else is on his agenda still has not won a championship
