So a couple of months ago, I received a phone call from a friend of mine. I've known this gentleman since

2011 and one of the things that he called to tell me was that he had been talking to his wife the night before and they had

decided that he needed to call me that day and he needed to thank me from the bottom of his

heart.

And I asked him, I said, so why are you thanking me?

He said, well, you probably don't remember this,

but in 2011, when you came over to our television station and we interviewed you live on the one of our

anchors interviewed you live on the air he asked you best advice for buyers best

advice for sellers and you said best advice for sellers was if you can buy by now and he

said I walked you so after the interview I walked you out of the station and he

said I asked you because I told you that my wife and I were pre-approved to buy a property

And I asked you if we should buy a house and I said I said I would if I could you know if you can yes you should he said I heard you say that but I just

wanted to make sure that that's what you're recommending and I said yeah I really am I'm

recommending that if you can buy by now and I said as I told Dan on the air I wouldn't say

it if I didn't believe it and he said well he said that's why I need to thank

you because everybody back then in 2011,

for those of you that remember, in 2011,

a lot of people were losing their houses to foreclosure.
