0:17.0	All right, we're back. We're starting a new series.
0:19.4	Welcome back, Pastor Adam. It's so nice to have you here today. I want to start off with this. Pastor Joby, we are in year two of 10-10 life and we're focusing on eternal life. So why choose Galatians in year two of 10-10? That's a very good question. I think a lot of times when we think of eternal life,
0:38.5	we think about what happens after you die. That's not the way the Bible talks about eternal life,
0:43.5	that it for sure has no ending, but it does have a beginning, and eternal life begins the moment
0:48.7	that you begin to trust Jesus as your Lord and Savior. And it's a big part of what he's talking
0:54.1	about in John 1010 when he's talking about the abundant life. And it's a big part of what he's talking about in John 1010 when he's talking about
0:56.1	the abundant life.
0:57.4	And there's a whole bunch of Christians that are a lot like the Galatians, that they may have
1:04.1	trusted Christ for their salvation, but they're not living currently in the freedom that
1:08.7	Christ has purchased for them.
1:10.7	So your eternal life begins the moment you surrender to Jesus,
1:14.3	and freedom should come along with that.
1:16.7	So Galatians is gonna say,
1:18.3	it is for freedom that we have been set free.
1:21.4	I think we talked about this in our last series,
1:24.0	but it just makes me think of it again.
1:26.1	Like sometimes people have this thought that,
1:29.0	like, once you're saved, there's this, okay, I'm in, it's good, but there are degrees of
