Welcome back to another episode of five minutes in church history.

Last week we had Dr. Steve Lawson with us and we left him on a deserted island.

Well, he's back and we have him joining us again in the studio.

So first, Dr. Lawson, welcome back.

Well, we didn't get a chance to ask you this last time, but usually when we have visitors to our island

who have written books authors such as yourself we ask them if there is one of

their books that they would like to leave behind in our theological library for

future visitors.

So which of your many books that you've written would you like to be left behind?

Steve, I would say that would be foundations of grace, which is a walk through the entire Bible, Genesis to Revelation, looking at the

doctrines of grace as they appear in progressive revelation, tracing out this theme. I was hoping you would say that book and I think that book is going to be a wonderful legacy for this generation,

I even hope for generations to come. Well, thank you.
