But before we start, I'm going to take this time to thank everybody that has listened, downloaded, or shared, or commented or done anything for me regarding this podcast. Because first of of all I just can't believe how great

this is turning out. I'm so excited that you're loving the content and I can't wait to keep

bringing more to you. But I personally, you know, I work all day. I work literally all night.

And then at night when I get into bed before I close my eyes, I grab my phone and I go through it and I read the comments and the emails and the little silliness that we exchange and all of the communication.

And it just means so much to me that people would take the time to comment.
