And welcome to today's podcast.

This is Greg James, slightly hayfevary, slightly tired because I stayed

up late last night. I had a big one. I watched a Grand Designs episode that I got really into.

And yeah, well, crazy rock and roll days

of the Radio on Breakfast Show host, eh?

Oh, whoa. It was a good one actually.

It was, um, I mean, they're all kind of the same, aren't they, those shows.

But, um, it was one where they had loads of concrete, Scree. Never even know what Scree was until they start watching Grand Designs.

What else? The couple had a baby halfway through and Kevin hated it. He thought it looked like a visitor center.

And then they just put it on Airbnb when they built it because they were sort of sick of it.
