I actually did a little interview about Wrestle Me for Pod Bible.

Oh yes, yes, it went out on their podcast and I listened back to it and I thought,

it's really nice when you hear yourself doing an interview and you listen back to it haven't

forgotten what you said and you go oh I didn't sound like a dickhead I didn't sort

of start going you're with the absolute best and if anyone doesn't think we are I'll

kill them there was none of that but there was one thing I said

in there. There was one thing where there is okay what's you know what's the

key to a successful podcast and I had one thing I said and that was the word

regularity and I said you and that was the word regularity.

And I said, you know, too many podcasts they aren't regular, you need to be regular,
