Welcome to a brand new episode of the show.

And welcome to an episode that I still haven't decided what it's going to be yet.

I don't know if you can tell.

You can probably tell I am by the sound of my voice.

I am sick.

I don't even want to call it sick.

It doesn't feel like it's true that I'm sick in that traditional sense. I think I am in the middle of processing something very, very big. And my body is helping me do that.

I'm feeling the effects of that processing of that integration in my body. And it's manifesting like a fever.

It's past now. I don't have a fever anymore, but I had in the night. A very sore, swollen throat

and a massive headache. So last week I took questions for a segment of Ask Rachel, which you guys know is my favorite thing.

So I know I have sitting in a cute little Dropbox folder all these new questions from you.

And I could very easily do an episode of Ask Rachel where I just answer whatever

questions you've sent in and then the direction of the show will go there, right? So I'm

contemplating doing that. The other thing I could do is I could tell you this very, very big

and very emotional and very vulnerable story and even just, even sitting down

just to record this episode, I feel really hesitant to share. And I also feel like if I don't

share, it's an untruth somehow.
