It is officially that time of year, all about Agatha listeners. Tickets to the Agatha Christie Festival

in Torquay in England this coming September are now available online. I have provided a link

in the show notes. This year's festival, the literary festival, there's always a larger fringe

festival as well. The literary festival is from the 16th through 20th of September, and I will be hosting two events. I'm going to be doing a panel in which I and a number of co-panelists crown Agatha Christie's greatest narrator. Perhaps in 2026, we are celebrating the centenary of a book that makes use

of a particularly ingenious narrative device. Perhaps that could be the inspiration behind doing

another one of these balloon debates. So that is happening on Friday, the 18th of September,

from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Spanish barn, of course. And my co-panelists are

Dr. Jamie Bernthal Hooker, Tina Hodgkinson, Victoria Dowd, and Brad Friedman. So that is

event number one. And then event number two is happening on the Saturday, the 19th of September. This will be a three-hour affair from

7.30 to 10.30 p.m. in the Spanish barn. Partying into the night at the Spanish barn, can you

believe it? This event is titled, A Game Show is announced, and it will involve two different game shows. One is a criminal

mastermind's style game in which superfans, so people who attend the festival, will be

quizzed mastermind style. And then the part of it I'm hosting will be more of a quiz bowl style

show in which I'll have one panel of experts against another

panel of experts. Those team lineups are yet to be revealed, so I can't tell you precisely

who will be there, but it will be very exciting, very fun. And I just wanted to let you all know

to snap up those tickets while they are available. And of course to snap up tickets for all

of the other wonderful events that are happening this year. There are so many of these lectures

and conversations that I'm looking forward to. Lucy Foley is going to be there. Of course, Dr. Mark

Aldridge, Dr. John Curran, David Morris, Martin Edwards, Gray Robert Brown, Tina Hodgkinson, Dr. Michelle

Casmer, Caroline Cranpton, Carla Valentine. So many familiar names, and if you've gone to previous
