to be going over a book that was recommended to me by the current CEO of Keller Williams, Mark Willis,

when I went to the Keller Williams recruit select. I think they now call it career visioning

in person summit. It was a two-day event in Austin, Texas. And I was sitting with the CEO of

Keller Williams. And he recommended this one

book that none of us had heard of before, and apparently the entire Keller Williams C-suite,

Gary Keller, all of them were reading this book, and they said that this is the best book on

being a CEO, running a company, leading a team, etc. And so in today's episode, we're going to be

sharing the top lesson and takeaway from the book. I just devoured it in two sessions. I did it in a day.

It's a pretty easy read and we'll be covering it here shortly. But first off, Keller Williams is the

largest real estate company in the country. I think in the world,

Gary Keller and them are multi-billionaires. It's a sick company, not associated with them at all.

I'm never going to be a realtor. I never was a realtor. But sick company and I love their systems

and models. Gary Keller is a personal hero of mine and I'm going to get him on this podcast one day. Before we get into these lessons, remember that this show is not free.
