This literally started out as a joke over dinner with Kevin Mav

Hype Beast at NoHo Star. Let's try three episodes we both said, because honestly, neither of

us knew how this would turn out. And damn, here we are winding into our 50th episode and

sixth season. You know, the first three test episodes and this episode today are very indicative

of what the business of hype is really all about. So episode one, Hiroshi Fujiwaro from Tokyo,

the godfather of it all, my mentor, my friend, I had to start at the Genesis with him. And don't

forget, that episode was recorded out in Dubai.

Number two was Sarah Andleman recorded in her hometown of Paris, the queen of retail

curation and founder of Collette.

And number three, Aaron Levant recorded in Los Angeles during his literal last day at the

Agenda and Complex Show as he embarked upon

his new venture network.

So who better to bring on for number 50?

Where better to record?
