So for me, Solstice often represents, you know, as we go deeper into the darkness and opportunity to actually go inward and discover more of who we are.

But we live in a culture that tends to distract us and pull us away from that.

So this first song kind of helps to remind us how to come back.

Dashing through this life towards some unreal goal, tired, filled with strife, nothing fills our bowl.
