Tim and I have been chit-chatting about flood insurance.

So that's what we've been talking about.

But we've got a great show plan for you.

We're going to go through Tim's waiver wire, his closure report, which all of a sudden has names on it.

So don't drop off the podcast early, everyone, because Tim has names.

So anyway, how are you?

How's the flooding?

It's good.

Hey, it's, uh, all the leaks, uh, you know, for a while I was feeling like, you

know, the guy in Holland with my finger in the dyke sort of thing.

And, uh, but all, everything is, uh, grinding down.

It's just cleaning up.

I put away my water wings for hopefully the rest of my life.

And we'll get her all tidied up sometime in the next couple weeks.

Do you have Led Zeppelin 4 playing in the background when the levy breaks?

No, but that's very appropriate.
