We're bringing back a favorite REVING the Word today! Alisa's not holding back with this training workout that will take you through eight one-minute pushes with a bonus 15-minute cool-down at the end. It's as spicy as we remember, so buckle up!
Today's message from 1 Peter 4:12-13 is all about learning to train for the test, and she's challenging us to clean house from some things that have been keeping us a little too comfortable. You are training your body today, and you're pressing into the places where we need to train our hearts.
As you'll hear Alisa mention, not only do we train the gas pedal, but we need to practice the brake pedal. Here's a perfect Be Still and Be Loved that you can press play on to quiet your heart, mind, and soul.
