over all these years and there are eight reasons that come up every single time. My name

is Pace Morby. Thousands of people have quit their jobs to go full-time

in real estate, finance, or buying businesses because of the things that I've taught. Out of all

those people I've taught, I keep seeing the same eight things that keep people from being successful.

We're going to be covering those things today, and better yet, instead of me just telling you what

they are, I'm going to show you how you overcome

them. I'm also going to reveal something that nobody's ever done before to show you guys exactly

how you can take the same steps that I've taught other people to overcome all eight of these things.

Let's get right into it. So number one, the biggest one we get all the time is no money. Pace,

I don't have any money. In fact,

unemployment has actually gone up. Okay, the job report just came out is horrible, by the way. We think that the Fed is going to lower interest rates in September, so that's kind of a good thing. No job. That's 4.2% of people. Survival mode. I think that's the biggest thing, people living paycheck to paycheck. So it's not that people are necessarily out of jobs,

it's that they're saying, I don't have money, Pace.

What are you talking about investing in real estate? That's crazy. And even though I teach people no money strategies and no credit strategies, no bank strategies, for some reason they're all convinced that they still need money. So survival amount. Totally get it very reasonable. Two jobs. 5.1% of Americans are living, yes, paycheck to paycheck, but they also have two jobs. That's one in 20 people. You walk
