Hello, hello, I am more excited you're here than normal because today is the hundred

episode of Make It Simple.

I can't believe that I've recorded a hundred episodes. I can't believe I have that much to talk about in a hundred episodes, but I'll be honest. I have so much more to talk about. We are just getting started.

So first I want to thank you for being here and the second part is I'm

really excited to talk about what I am going to talk about today which is balance and

finding balance and if balance is even actually even possible or is like a made up

thing that we are always trying to attain and then wondering why we can never

attain it.

So for the 100th episode today,

with life being crazy,
