self-care, our minds immediately go to physical self-care, or at least mine does.

When I think self-care, I think exercising, drinking water, painting your nails, getting a facial, doing your skin care, which are all really great things to do to take care of yourself.

But I think self-care goes so much deeper. I was scrolling

on Pinterest and I saw an image that said 12 steps to self-care and none of them were physical

and I really liked that, which got me thinking, what are 10 things that I do or that I think

are beneficial to taking care of yourself that isn't necessarily

physical self-care. And that is what today's episode is, 10 ways that aren't physical

Okay, so number one is the closest one of the tend to being physical. Like it isn't, but it is.

And that's listening to your body and learning how to communicate with it.

I think when we're busy and our mind is preoccupied, we forget to listen to our body

and acknowledge how we actually feel.

I used to go the entire day without having any water because I would be working or out with my friends or partying.
