what's it really like to be a contractor and real estate developer? Welcome, Eli.

Eli Smith founded and run successful businesses in construction and real estate development.

A committed and energetic entrepreneur, he is following in the footsteps of his parents

who were successful business owners for over 40 years. He's been recognized by Governor Cuomo

for his entrepreneurial spirit and achievement in contracting, and he's passionate about

giving back to his community through mentoring students and recognizing and empowering minority

and women-owned businesses. Currently operating out of offices in Washington, D.C. and Syracuse,

New York, Eli continues to give back to his community by mentoring students at area high schools and

colleges, including Syracuse University and Onondaga Community College. He also puts on a

yearly event to recognize honor and empower established and rising minority and women-owned

businesses. Well, that is a summary of your remarkable journey, Eli. As we have talked about,

everyone's life journeys about turning points or passages from the day we're born until we leave this plane of existence.
